A complete custom optics RFQ helps the engineering team review material feasibility, coating risk, inspection method and production planning before quotation. If your design is still preliminary, Junbang can review a drawing, model, sketch or specification table and identify the missing details needed for the next step.
- Component type: lens, window, prism, mirror, dome, filter, asphere, OAP or special geometry
- Material and grade: optical glass, fused silica, sapphire, CaF2, MgF2, silicon, germanium, ZnSe, ZnS or other IR material
- Dimensions, clear aperture, thickness, centering, wedge, chamfer and edge requirements
- Surface figure, surface quality, roughness and inspection wavelength
- Coating type, wavelength range, AOI, polarization, transmission or reflection target and environment
- Quantity, prototype or production stage, target delivery date and required documentation
Supplier qualification documents
For OEM sourcing teams and engineering buyers, supplier qualification often needs more than a price. Junbang Optics can prepare project-specific release records when required, including CoC, FAI, lot traceability, RoHS, REACH, material declaration, interferogram, profilometer report, coating curve and witness-sample records.
