Infrared optical systems require careful coordination of material, geometry, coating, thermal environment and inspection method. Junbang supports custom IR optics across SWIR, MWIR and LWIR applications, including lenses, windows, domes, mirrors, prisms and beam splitters.

Material options may include Ge, Si, ZnSe, ZnS, CaF2, BaF2, LiF, fused silica and chalcogenide glass depending on wavelength band and system requirements. Coatings are designed by band, angle of incidence, durability and transmission or reflection target.

We work with OEMs, R&D teams and system integrators who need drawing-based manufacturing, prototype support, inspection reports and stable supplier documentation.
