Optical domes protect sensors and optical paths while preserving transmission and imaging performance. Junbang manufactures custom domes according to material, aperture, wall thickness, curvature, mechanical fit and optical quality requirements.

For infrared systems, material options may include ZnS, ZnSe, Ge, Si and other project-specific materials. Multispectral ZnS domes can support applications where visible and infrared transmission are both relevant, subject to final material and coating selection.

Dome projects should include drawings, clear aperture, radius, wall thickness, surface quality, transmission band, coating requirements and environmental conditions.
